A visionary leader and dynamic strategist with over 17 years of leadership experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Betty is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tafari Group, a diversified organisation comprising Tafari Medical Centre, Tafari Consulting International, and Tafari Medical Training Institute — entities united under one strategic leadership with a shared commitment to excellence, transformation, and impact.

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a corporate legal professional with experience advising on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, governance and risk management, particularly within the telecommunications and technology sector. She has supported cross-functional and cross-border business operations through contract management, stakeholder engagement and strategic legal advisory, with a keen interest in corporate governance and sustainable business growth.

A distinguished academic administrator and healthcare education expert with extensive experience in institutional leadership, governance, and medical training. She has served with distinction as Registrar (Academic Affairs) at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), where she has overseen academic administration, curriculum implementation, examinations management, quality assurance, and student affairs coordination.

A Human Capital Professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for Henkel Chemicals East Africa, Education Aid Foundation Uganda (EDAFU), Tabibu Cures Limited, Healthy U 2000 Limited, Sheer Logic Management Consultants, Afristar Railway Operations Company, and De La Rue Kenya EPZ Limited. He currently specialises in business strategy and people and culture consultancy across fintech, Sacco, manufacturing, training, and service industries.

A visionary leader with over 22 years of experience in humanitarian development and strategic leadership across 12 African countries. A seasoned executive coach, organisational culture, and foresight professional, Dr. Kyoya has a deep passion for empowering people, strengthening institutions, and cultivating future-focused solutions. She is the founder and principal consultant of the Institution of Leadership, Development and Foresight (ILDF), where she provides leadership development and executive coaching to C-level leaders. Additionally, she undertakes organisational culture audits and helps leaders appreciate how culture impacts business.

A cross-disciplinary technologist with a background spanning IT infrastructure, digital design, and organisational systems. He currently serves as IT Project Officer at International Alert, a global peacebuilding organisation, where he contributes to IT strategy and systems governance. His earlier roles at PeopleCentric Management and Nganuzi saw him lead digital design, UX improvement, and data-driven web development initiatives. Kibet brings a user-centred approach to every technology challenge, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, project management methodologies, and SEO.
